Welcome to Sparkles, Sprinkles and Splats! I decided to start blogging because I love watching and observing the exciting things that happen on this wonderful planet of ours. I'll share stories, photography (some of my own), crafts, tutorials — anything that strikes my fancy that day. Sometimes there will be "sparkles" and sometimes there will be "splats." And many "sprinkles" in between. I hope you enjoy your journey with me as I share my experiences with you!! ~ Photography copyrighted – All Rights Reserved ~
The Chicago Water Tower is a beautiful building. Such intricate detail! It was built in 1867-69. It now houses a city gallery that changes about every 6 months. It’s located along the famous Michigan Ave, so you’ll see it when you out shopping.
Did You Know?
The Old Water Tower is the only public building in Chicago that survived the fire of 1871.
